Technical Issues

If you're having problems running Anarchy Online, you need to make sure that you have the latest drivers installed for your video and sound card. You also need to make sure that you have the latest service pack and/or updates for your Windows operating system.

Windows Service Packs and Updates You need to have both service packs installed. A service pack is just like a patch, it's an improvement of the OS you are running, try the links below to download it (the service pack is free).

Connectivity Issues

If you are behind a firewall, or have firewall software installed on your PC, it needs to be configured to allow Anarchy Online access. Generally this is done by opening the following ports for the TCP protocol: 80, 7012, 7013 and 7500 - 7600.
